Wolfgang is an engineer and began working with systematic innovation methods in 2006. He combines technology with systematic analytical skills, focusing on the efficient use of existing resources. Experience in intralogistics, hydraulics and product development. Education: Certified project manager, degree in innovation management. Quality assurance according to ISO 9001, projects with San Jose State University, California, USA, the Johannes Kepler University, Linz, Austria and the University of Applied Sciences FH-Hagenberg, Upper Austria.​

Gerald joined the team in 2025 and will be responsible for the start-up phase of the company and its international expansion, including strategy development, sales, marketing and contacts with international partners and investor groups. Gerald has extensive experience in managing international companies. He began his career in 1998 in various management positions in sales and marketing at the SIEMENS Group before taking on an international position at Sony. In 2005, he became head of nusiness development and marketing of the TeufelbergerGroup, a global industrial manufacturer of special steel cables. Most recently, he was Managing Director and CSO of an international company that develops fuel cell solutions. Gerald completed his studies in Business administration with a focus on sales and marketing at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz, Austria, and graduated special courses on international business at London Metropolitan University.

Jürgen Pfeil, Berater & Brancheninsider Logistik 

Jürgen has been a sparring partner and consultant since 2006. He is the managing director of Pfeil Spedition & Logistik. GmbH in Ortenburg, Germany, which was founded in 1923. He has more than 40 years of experience in logistics. and has a keen sense for new business trends. He was one of the first to offer warehouse and logistics solutions. for electric mobility, which brought him customers such as Rolls Royce and other well-known companies. Jürgen's expertise was crucial in defining the criteria for an aerodynamic product for trucks and fleets with high market acceptance. In addition, he has created the name Airpadz and is also the first test customer. Jürgen is a well-known networker in the industry, whose network of OEMsranging from manufacturers to fleet operators and other market participants. Inspiration für die Entstehung von AIRPADZ

It all began at 250 km/h in the Japanese high-speed train "Nozomi Shinkansen Series N700". The idea for AIRPADZ was born the moment two trains raced past each other at 250 km/h each. More than 10 years of intensive research followed to turn this vision into a product. From extensive research into various fields of technology, initial sketches, calculations and model tests in 2020, every step was carefully thought through.

From the idea to the product

Bis Ende 2025 läuft ein Projekt mit dem Fachbereich Automotive Computing der FH-Hagenberg, bei dem Fahzeugdaten aus dem Praxisbetrieb Ausgewertet werden.

2025 The evaluation of the second field test (12 months) showed fuel/energy savings of 5.80% for trucks.
